Making A Purchase – Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling – All goods are despatched within the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland) post free on orders over £30, a charge of £2.95 is made for postage on orders up to £30. Rates for the Channel Islands (select Jersey or Guernsey), Europe and United States are calculated during the checkout process, rates for all other destinations are available on request.
Delivery Schedule – We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, our normal delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Please note that deliveries will normally be made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and for larger items must be signed for. If unable to deliver the carrier should leave a card giving delivery options, however you can always give a different shipping address if you so wish (i.e. neighbour, work, relation, etc) where a person would be available to sign and take delivery. International orders, please contact us for delivery times.
Back Orders – If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges – For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security – When the order is placed at our website you will be taken to the secure payment page of our payment processor where they will securely handle your credit or debit card details.
When payment is made by credit card or debit card online at no point are your card details seen or stored by us. The card details are processed by our chosen card processor (Worldpay) who are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
